The Alvaros were something of a "pick up" band comprising members of Vee V.V., Sign Language, The Acumen and Switzerland. Whilst we only played a handful of gigs we were mostly all unemployed at the time so spent a few happy afternoons round at Butties mums recording on Derek Dicksons (Spackie Little Insects") 4 track. All tracks were recorded at various points in 1989.
